The equipment is in the house before the group arrives.
Anyone travelling by rail does not want to carry forty ski bags through the station. We collect equipment and luggage at the school and deliver it to the group house. The same in reverse at the end of the week.
Collection and delivery by time window
You give us the place and the time window for collection, usually the day before departure. The equipment is delivered to the group house and put where it belongs — in the ski room, not outside the door. The same applies to the return.
Labelling saves an hour
Forty pairs of skis without names mean an hour of sorting on arrival day. We provide labels and recommend marking the equipment before collection. You also receive a loading list for checking what comes back.
What is insured
The transport is covered under the transport insurance of the operating company. Limits apply to valuable individual items and to personal belongings inside the suitcases. We state the cover in the quote so that you can inform the parents correctly.
Included in the quote
- Collection at the school or at an agreed assembly point
- Delivery to the group house and unloading into the ski room
- Loading list and labels for marking the equipment
- Return transport at the end of the week
