This statement describes how skilager.swiss handles personal data. We process personal data sparingly and in line with the Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Principle

skilager.swiss is a static information site. We set no cookies for advertising or reach measurement and run no web analytics. We collect personal data solely through the enquiry form.

Enquiry form

The details you enter in the enquiry form — school or club, contact person, email, telephone, number of participants, week, preferred destination and requirements — are used to process your enquiry and to prepare a quote. We pass them on to the accommodation and to the transport companies involved as far as this is necessary for the quote. They are not passed on for any other purpose. We keep enquiries for as long as processing and the statutory retention periods require.

Spam protection

To protect the form against automated submissions we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Technical data from your browser, including the IP address, is transmitted to and evaluated by Cloudflare Inc. Turnstile works without building a profile across websites. Provider: Cloudflare Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.

Server log files

When you access the site, our hosting provider — Nine Internet Solutions AG, deploio, Switzerland — processes technical access data as any web server does: IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser used. This data serves the secure operation of the site and is not combined with other data.

Fonts

The fonts on this site are loaded via Google Fonts. In doing so your browser transmits technically necessary data, including the IP address, to Google Ireland Limited in order to deliver the font files.

Links to groups.swiss and GroupsCAMP

If you follow a link to groups.swiss or to GroupsCAMP, you leave skilager.swiss. The respective privacy policies then apply. Both platforms are also operated by Groups AG.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we process about you and to have it corrected, deleted or its processing restricted. Please contact the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority — in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, in the EU your national authority.
