The camp administration of Groups AG
You run the camp in one application, not in ten.
Participants, rooms, travel, tickets, equipment, catering, excursions and costs all sit in the same trip. Lift passes and rental equipment are ordered directly from it. That holds for a house from this site as much as for a house you booked yourself long ago.
Every area is open
There are no packages and no tiers. Anyone who only wants to manage participants uses one area. Anyone running the whole camp uses them all.
Participants
Names, years of birth, sizes, allergies and emergency contacts in one place — anonymised for everyone but you.
Import from Klapp, PUPILConnect or CSV
Take the class over from Klapp or PUPILConnect, or upload a CSV file. Either way in one step.
Accommodation and room plan
Your own accommodation or one found via groups.swiss, with rooms, beds and assignment.
Travel by rail
Search connections and order SBB group tickets for the whole party, accompanying adults included.
Lifts and ski passes
Passes for affiliated destinations, with age categories, group rates and the free-pass rule.
Rental equipment
Skis, snowboards and boots by size, as one collective order to the rental station.
Travel insurance
HanseMerkur travel insurance for the whole group, as Standard or Premium. The insured persons come from the participant list, the premium is calculated from the trip price, and the declaration list is produced as an Excel file.
Menu planning
A week's plan with your own recipes or ours, quantities by head count, allergens listed.
Activities
Over 7'000 excursion destinations and programme items, matched to the region of the accommodation.
Finances and budget
Every invoice for the trip, paid or open, planned and actual costs side by side.
Permissions
You decide who sees which details — accompanying adult, kitchen, supplier. Revocable at any time.
Overview and status
What is ordered, confirmed and outstanding, on one page — from planning to the journey home.
What you order directly
SBB group tickets, lift passes for affiliated ski areas, rental equipment and travel insurance go from the trip to the supplier. Confirmation arrives by e-mail; billing runs through Groups AG or directly through the partner.
You choose the suppliers
Accommodation already booked, your own coach company: you still plan everything here. You order from the affiliated partners only if you want to.
In four steps
The steps build on one another. Every detail is entered exactly once.
Open an account
You sign in with GroupsID, the shared access of Groups AG. One account is enough for everything that follows.
Enter your base data
School or club, billing address, responsible person. From then on it is ready for every further trip.
Create the trip
Set the dates, the destination and the accommodation, import participants from Klapp, PUPILConnect or by CSV.
Plan and order
Room plan, travel, tickets, equipment, catering and excursions. Invoices run into the overview.
What it costs
Under the current offer the first trip is free, with access to every area. Each further trip costs CHF 29.–. Orders placed with affiliated partners are billed by them directly. The details on groupscamp.ch are authoritative.
Who sees the data
Participant data is anonymised in the system; full access rests with the class teacher or group leader. Accompanying adults and the kitchen see only what has been released, and every release can be withdrawn. GroupsCAMP is operated in Switzerland, at Nine Internet Solutions AG in Zurich.
